1. Purpose of This Policy
eSIMBLACK respects user privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and personal data, subject to applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, regulatory, and dispute-resolution requirements.
This policy applies to personal data collected through the eSIMBLACK website, mobile application, customer account system, eSIM purchasing flow, support channels, and related digital services.

3. How to Delete Your eSIMBLACK Account
Users may initiate account deletion directly from within the eSIMBLACK app or website, where available, by navigating to:
Profile / Settings > Account > Delete Account
The account deletion flow may ask you to confirm the request to prevent accidental deletion. Once confirmed, eSIMBLACK will begin processing the deletion request in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
4. Alternative Data Deletion Request Method
If you cannot access your account, cannot use the in-app deletion option, or need additional assistance, you may request account or data deletion by contacting: privacy@itglobalwebs.com.
To help verify and process your request, please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your eSIMBLACK account.
- Your order number or transaction ID, if available.
- A clear statement that you are requesting account deletion or personal data deletion.
5. Identity Verification
To protect user accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion, eSIMBLACK may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Verification may include confirming access to the account email address, reviewing order information, or requesting additional details reasonably necessary to confirm that you are the account owner or an authorized requester.
eSIMBLACK will not request unnecessary sensitive information for identity verification.
6. What Data May Be Deleted
After a valid deletion request is confirmed, eSIMBLACK will delete, anonymize, or de-identify personal data associated with your account where legally and technically possible. This may include:
- Account profile information.
- Login and authentication data.
- Saved preferences.
- Marketing preferences connected to the account.
- Support messages that are no longer required for legal or operational reasons.
- Personal identifiers connected to completed orders, where deletion or anonymization is permitted.
7. Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained after account deletion where retention is necessary or legally permitted. This may include:
- Transaction records required for tax, accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
- Payment records maintained by payment processors.
- Fraud-prevention, security, and abuse-prevention records.

8. Effect of Account Deletion
Deleting your eSIMBLACK account may result in permanent loss of access to:
- Your account profile.

- Support history.
- Saved preferences.
- Promotional credits, discounts, rewards, or account balances, where applicable.
- eSIM services, plan information, or activation records connected to the account.
Active eSIM products may be affected by account deletion. Before deleting your account, you should save any information you may need, including order confirmations, installation instructions, QR codes, activation details, and support references.
9. Active eSIMs and Deletion Requests
If you have an active eSIM, deleting your eSIMBLACK account does not guarantee that the eSIM profile will be removed from your device or that carrier-side technical records will be immediately deleted. Some eSIM and network records may be maintained by connectivity suppliers, mobile network operators, or roaming partners according to their own legal and technical requirements.

10. Processing Time
eSIMBLACK will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. Some requests may take longer if identity verification is required, if the request is complex, if records are connected to active transactions, or if retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or dispute-resolution reasons.
11. Marketing Communications
If you delete your account, eSIMBLACK will take reasonable steps to remove your account from marketing lists controlled by eSIMBLACK. However, you may still receive transactional, legal, security, or service-related messages where necessary.
You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or by contacting eSIMBLACK.
12. Third-Party Services
eSIMBLACK may use third-party providers for payments, connectivity, hosting, analytics, support, email delivery, security, and operational services. Some personal data may be stored or processed by these providers according to their own legal obligations and data retention requirements.
Where required and reasonably possible, eSIMBLACK will communicate deletion or anonymization requests to relevant service providers that process personal data on behalf of eSIMBLACK.
