eSIMBLACK Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of eSIMBLACK websites, mobile applications, digital eSIM products, account services, support services, and related connectivity services. By accessing, registering, purchasing, activating, or using eSIMBLACK services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Company Information

eSIMBLACK is operated under IT GLOBALSITE LTD, United Kingdom, London N1 7GU. eSIMBLACK acts as an independent digital eSIM service platform and partner/reseller for international connectivity services, including services supplied through Airalo, operated by AirGSM Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore at 6 Raffles Blvd, #03-308 Marina Square, Singapore 039594.

eSIMBLACK was developed by Engineer Jesus Garcia M., under Small Business IE Marketing and development operations in Georgia, Caucasus region, postal code 6000.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase eSIMBLACK services. If you use eSIMBLACK on behalf of a company, organization, or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Use of eSIMBLACK Services

Users agree to use eSIMBLACK services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must provide accurate account, billing, device, and contact information. Users are responsible for ensuring that their device is unlocked, eSIM-compatible, and suitable for the selected destination and plan before purchase.

eSIMBLACK may provide website access, app access, account tools, eSIM purchasing options, QR codes, activation instructions, customer support, and related digital services.

5. Account Registration and Security

Some eSIMBLACK services may require account creation or authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify eSIMBLACK promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or a security incident.

6. eSIM Availability and Coverage

eSIMBLACK offers digital eSIM connectivity products that may depend on third-party network operators, roaming providers, local carriers, and international connectivity suppliers. Coverage, speed, availability, supported networks, and service quality may vary by country, region, device, plan, network conditions, carrier policies, and local regulations.

eSIMBLACK does not guarantee that a specific network, speed, signal strength, technology, or coverage area will always be available.

7. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing an eSIMBLACK plan, users are responsible for confirming that their device supports eSIM technology, is unlocked, and is compatible with the intended destination and network. eSIMBLACK may provide device compatibility guidance, but the user remains responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Refunds may be limited or unavailable where the issue is caused by an incompatible device, locked device, user configuration error, unsupported operating system, or incorrect installation.

8. Installation and Activation

Users are responsible for correctly installing and activating their eSIM. eSIMBLACK may provide instructions, QR codes, activation details, manual installation codes, and support guidance. Once an eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, or used, refund eligibility may be limited depending on the circumstances and supplier restrictions.

Users should not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed by eSIMBLACK support or the relevant supplier. Deleted eSIM profiles may not always be recoverable.

9. Prices and Payments

Prices may be displayed in available currencies and may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout flow, user location, and applicable law. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. eSIMBLACK may decline, cancel, or review transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, payment failure, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

The user is responsible for any taxes, duties, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment provider charges that may apply.

10. Orders and Delivery

After successful payment, eSIMBLACK may deliver the purchased eSIM by email, account dashboard, mobile app, QR code, activation code, or another digital delivery method. Delivery may be delayed by payment verification, fraud-prevention checks, technical issues, supplier availability, or incorrect customer information.

Users are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam folder, app account, or dashboard for delivery information.

11. Refunds

Refunds may be considered when a service cannot be delivered, cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue, or where required by applicable consumer law. Refunds may not be available for used, expired, incorrectly purchased, incompatible-device, locked-device, user-error, or already-consumed service situations.

Users should contact eSIMBLACK support with order details, screenshots, device information, destination, eSIM status, and a description of the issue. eSIMBLACK may request reasonable troubleshooting cooperation before approving a refund.

Where a plan has been partially used, any refund, if approved, may be limited to the unused portion or may be unavailable depending on supplier rules, technical status, and applicable law.

12. Cancellations

Because eSIMBLACK products are digital services delivered electronically, cancellation rights may be limited after order processing, delivery, installation, activation, or usage. Users should review plan details carefully before purchase.

13. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their eSIMBLACK account directly from within the eSIMBLACK app or website, where available, by navigating to:

Profile / Settings > Account > Delete Account

Account deletion may result in loss of access to order history, support records, saved preferences, promotional credits, and services connected to the account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

14. Acceptable Use

Users must not use eSIMBLACK services to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Commit fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, or unauthorized access.
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Resell, duplicate, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse eSIMBLACK systems.
  • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions, security controls, or usage limitations.
  • Use the service in a way that damages networks, platforms, suppliers, or other users.
  • Provide false account, identity, payment, billing, or support information.

15. Suspension or Termination

eSIMBLACK may suspend or terminate access to services if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform, engages in fraud or abuse, fails payment verification, violates supplier restrictions, or where required by law, network providers, payment processors, or regulatory authorities.

eSIMBLACK may also suspend or restrict services for technical maintenance, security reasons, supplier issues, network outages, or operational requirements.

16. Service Changes

eSIMBLACK may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace services, plans, prices, destinations, features, suppliers, or app functionality at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases except where required for technical, legal, security, supplier, or operational reasons.

17. Third-Party Services and Suppliers

eSIMBLACK services may depend on third-party suppliers, connectivity providers, mobile network operators, roaming partners, payment processors, cloud providers, analytics tools, and support platforms. eSIMBLACK is not responsible for third-party outages, coverage limitations, supplier restrictions, payment processor decisions, local carrier policies, or events beyond reasonable control.

Some third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, acceptable use rules, or technical limitations. Users may be required to comply with those rules when using eSIMBLACK services.

18. Intellectual Property

The eSIMBLACK name, brand, website, app design, text, graphics, software, systems, documentation, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from eSIMBLACK materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.

19. User Content and Support Submissions

Users may submit messages, screenshots, device information, support requests, feedback, reviews, or other content to eSIMBLACK. Users confirm that they have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

eSIMBLACK may use support submissions to provide assistance, troubleshoot issues, improve services, prevent fraud, and maintain service records.

20. Disclaimers

eSIMBLACK services are provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis. eSIMBLACK does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, specific speeds, universal coverage, compatibility with every device, successful installation in every circumstance, availability in every location, or error-free operation.

Network performance depends on third-party providers, local carriers, roaming partners, device settings, environmental conditions, location, network congestion, regulations, and other factors outside eSIMBLACK’s control.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMBLACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the services, connectivity interruptions, device incompatibility, roaming limitations, supplier failures, payment issues, user error, account access issues, or events beyond reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, eSIMBLACK’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold eSIMBLACK, IT GLOBALSITE LTD, and their officers, employees, contractors, developers, suppliers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, fraud, unauthorized use, or infringement of third-party rights.

23. Force Majeure

eSIMBLACK is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network outages, supplier failures, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, government actions, regulatory restrictions, payment processor issues, power failures, internet disruptions, or technical incidents outside eSIMBLACK’s control.

24. Privacy

eSIMBLACK handles personal information according to its separate Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, shared, transferred, protected, and retained.

25. Changes to These Terms

eSIMBLACK may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of eSIMBLACK services after changes become effective means the user accepts the updated Terms.

26. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory local consumer protection or privacy laws provide otherwise. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of the United Kingdom, subject to applicable law.
